What are some of the important functions of the individual Lipotropic components?

Choline

  • Metabolizes fats.
  • Deficiency can lead to cirrhosis and fatty degeneration of liver and hardening of the arteries (arteriosclerosis, artherosclerosis).

  • Caffeine can cause depletion of inositol.

Methionine

  • It works with choline to detoxify amines which are the by products of protein metabolism.
  • It acts as a catalyst for choline and inositol, opening up their function.
  • Along with choline it aids in reducing liver fat and protects the kidneys.

How does exercise affect results?
Regular exercise is certainly a requirement to achieve long-term weight loss. For those who have no exercise habits, walking is a low-impact exercise that does not require any expensive equipment and can be done anywhere. Start slowly with your exercise and then build up because doing it too soon and too much can result to burnout or injury. In order for you to maintain your weight after you have gone through lipotropic injection, you need 30 minutes of exercise every day. Make sure you balance your exercise by starting with aerobic exercises and then alternating it with strength training such as push-ups, sit-ups and weights.
How long does it take to see results from lipotonix injections?
If you follow proper diet and exercise, you can start seeing lipotonix injections results in about 1 to 1 ½ week. There are patients who have lost 6-8 pounds in a matter of three weeks. However, consider that the duration greatly vary from person to person based on a number of factors that include current weight, medical history and weight loss goals.
